I'd like to know how much is the rental fees right now.
My friend is renting common rooms for 2 persons with $375per person. It's excluding utility bill..
In some place, they're renting $350 per person including utility bill. But they've to stay 3 persons in one room i guess..
Some said $375 is expensive.
How do you think? |

$375 is not so expensive. if including PUB also aircon.
most of the owners want 800-950 per room include PUB. (depend on location, price may less) |

All the rental fees are now double up.. Last few years back, one common room is only $400-450. :( |
